Value Partners Management Consulting was founded in January 1993 with the aim of helping large firms and multinationals manage change and, more generally, create value for their shareholders.

True to its founders' international calling, Value Partners has from the outset worked all over the world. It has opened offices in places of strategic importance for European firms, such as Latin American countries, Turkey and, more recently, China and India. Following the 2007 merge with Spectrum Strategy Consultants Value Partners also has offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.

Value Partners has also invested in IT Consulting and new technologies, by setting up Value Team, and The Golden Mouse, a venture capital fund specializing in high-tech start-ups. Value Partners also helps with M&A and corporate finance operations through VP Finance, and with technological innovation projects through VP Science.
