In 1994, the Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires offices were opened to assist both Italian clients active in Latin America and local companies. Since then, our international presence has been strengthened by building a network of offices in countries selected due to their strategic importance for European firms and characterized by double-digit growth rates. Our locations now span Turkey, China and Far East, with more recent office launches in India, in 2006, and Middle East, in 2008.

Two divisions were created devoted to IT architecture and strategies, and to IT security and business risks. Growth has been accelerated through international acquisitions. In 2007, Value Partners acquired Etnoteam, one of Italy's longest-established ICT companies. Today, Value Team consults across the entire value chain, dealing with customer relationship management (CRM), billing, content and knowledge management and business intelligence. Value Team, through four specific divisions, also provides expertise in security, embedded systems, finance software solutions and, digital interaction with E-tree, one of the leading European web companies.
