Stages in the recruitment process
At Value Partners we carefully check over all the CVs we get, and pick out those which meet the basic requirements: a good honours degree, familiarity with at least two languages, specializations and working experience.
We invite candidates to an initial interview to go into their CV in rather more detail.
If that first interview goes well there will be two others in which we ask candidates to solve a business case. At that stage we put them through one of our selection days during which they meet three partners. If all these encounters are successful then we make a job offer.
