Our relations with Italian and other universities
Value Partners puts a lot into recruiting, especially cross-border recruiting. Right from the start we have selected our professional staff from leading business schools in Europe (Insead, LBS, IESE, Instituto de Impresa) and in America (Wharton, Columbia, NYU, Harvard and MIT). Since starting to operate in China we have been interviewing students from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School) and Shanghai’s Fudan University. At the beginning of 2005 we inaugurated “Value for Foreign Students”, a recruitment programme specially for foreign students at SDA Bocconi.

We encourage our professional staff to do an MBA: our colleagues are doing Masters courses in Shanghai, London, Singapore, Paris, Barcelona and Milan. Every academic year we work with universities: our senior consultants give courses or help on particular topics at the State University of Milan or the Milan Polytechnic Observatory.
